"Confirmed" we have contract and check - "Heavy Pending" we are working on getting the contract and check - "Light Pending" we are working on and they "Said" they wanted that date or have requested us to hold. In the event somebody wants the date being held we give first option to first group, if they can not commit second group can confirm.
