When I first met Dick Betts, I had a Palm V PDA which had some little problem that I couldn't figure out. He looked at it, brushed his hand over it and just like magic the problem was gone!! That trick was after his workshop on the Palm which inspired me to try to use the Palm faithfully in my real estate world. I've graduated to the Treo 680 smart phone and Dick has been my mentor through these years. I've been to several workshops of his and I always learn something new. He truly does a great motivational and educational training session. The students all clamour out of the sessions and head for their offices to start on the new projects which he has inspired them to do. My most recent motivation was to start texting on my Treo. In Searcy AR we love him and recommend him highly.
