An agent's confinence in technology must be somethings agents strive for in 2012. Gadgets, and the latest greatest, smooth talking, networking etc. will not be the number one things for REALTORS, it will be about how agents stay savvy in technology and apply it to daily life and in their general day to day businss. The public has access to the same information and knows what to ask the REALTORS and the REALTORS will have to be able to respond quickly and efficiently and have to prove themselves in technology with this and future generations.
