To Whom It May Concern:

As the 2007 President of the Southern California Chapter of CRS, I am writing this letter of recommendation for Dick Betts.  Dick was our speaker for our General Membership meeting on March 30, 2007.
 

Without exception, all who attended the meeting felt that Dick was a great presenter and he gave the greatest value of any speaker we’ve had.  His presentation was humorous, well thought-out, and very hands-on so no one felt left behind.  He has the ability to teach everyone, regardless of their technology level.  Even people who proclaim to be very tech-oriented admitted that they walked away with many new skills.

One of the things that the people who attended the class appreciated was that Dick does not have his own products to sell.  The tools that he gave are all free.  He even provides more tools on his website, for free! 

When the class was over, I was approached by many people who wanted us to schedule Dick for another class, to be held as soon as possible!  The time and money for the class were well-spent and I am looking forward to learning more from Dick in the near future.  I have even told other Realtors across the United States that they should fly to a city where they can attend his class!
