I've been helping people with real estate for more than 26 years, but my path to The Villages started much like it does for many of the people I work with today. I moved to Florida in 2008 and initially settled in Ocala. Like a lot of people moving to Florida, I spent time figuring out where I really wanted to live. Beaches? Gulf Coast? Atlantic Coast? Central Florida? I found my answer about 20 miles south of Ocala. I've lived full-time in The Villages since 2011, and my only regret is that I didn't move here sooner. Since 2000, much of my real estate career has also taken me across North America as a national speaker, trainer and consultant. I've spoken and trained real estate professionals in 47 states and five Canadian provinces. I've also written extensively about real estate, technology, marketing and the systems REALTORS® use to better serve their clients. Today, I put that experience to work for buyers and sellers right here in The Villages. But knowing real estate is only part of the job. You also need to understand The Villages. That's why I spend so much time exploring the community and sharing what I learn. I write about The Villages every day and create videos about neighborhoods, homes, recreation, restaurants, clubs, day trips and the little things you don't always discover until you've lived here.
